A fine balance must be struck between development activities and the need to remain socially and ecologically responsible. As responsible co-creators of a new world order, we should, together, strive to create a culture of responsibility by focusing on inclusive, green and socially responsible infrastructure development. The theme of the 40th convention will be on harnessing emerging technologies to ensure 'Responsible Infrastructure' in an inclusive, socially responsible and eco-friendly manner, be it public transport systems, buildings or housing complexes.
